26 – The public records request documents only contained information on 25 of the 26 reports. Many details from the reports were redacted or not included, some to protect students that reported or were affected by bias. Fraternity and sorority names were not included, though they have been included in public records requests from the university in recent years. Rod Guajardo, a university spokesperson, said that the university provided the information that federal privacy laws allow it to share.
